I know the mortgage brokerage system in the States is under critical review these days, but I'm not sure when (or even if) anything is going to change.  Do you know how the initial fee compares to the commission?  Is it about the same amount?  If it's around the same amount, I'm wondering which method people tend to use more frequently...</description>
